1. Books and Physical Products
If you purchase a physical book directly from us and receive:
- a damaged item
- a defective copy
- an incorrect product
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Contact Email] with your order details and supporting photographs where relevant.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- a replacement, or
- a refund, at our discretion
2. Digital Products, Reports, and Assessments
Because digital access, reports, assessments, and downloadable materials are delivered immediately or become accessible upon use, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, the assessment has been taken, or the report has been delivered.
3. Coaching, Workshops, and Development Services
For coaching sessions, workshops, and other scheduled services:
- completed services are non-refundable
- cancellations made sufficiently in advance may be eligible for rescheduling, at our discretion
- where we are unable to deliver a confirmed service for reasons within our control, we may offer rescheduling, credit, or refund depending on the situation
4. Change of Mind
Refunds are generally not available for:
- change of mind after purchase
- dissatisfaction arising from personal interpretation after full delivery
- outcomes that vary based on context, effort, application, or expectation
